Winter Road Maintenance

Casselman has a 35 km road system. The winter road maintenance includes salt and sand application, and snow-clearing operations.

The Snow Clearing Policy defines the road maintenance standards and the order of priority for snow removal operations. The objective is the use of an effective and efficient approach to winter road maintenance. Our maintenance program complies with the Ontario Municipal Act standards.
