Enforcement of COVID-19 regulations
Posted on 03/30/2021

We ask everyone to respect the provisions of the Ontario Regulation 364/20 being the Ontario Reopening Act of 2020. The provisions include, but are not limited to, maintaining a minimum distance of two metres with others and wear a mask/face cover covering the face, mouth, nose and chin. This is applicable in all facilities that are open to the public, all outside facilities open to the public, in waiting lines, in food courts/restaurants and more.

The province on Ontario delegates the enforcement powers to the municipal enforcement officers. We count on your goodwill to in order to protect the well-being of the community. However, we will have to impose fines to those who do not respect the instructions.

Thank you,
